Myofascial Release Course

Delivered by Michael Stanborough

This class enables participants to respond more precisely and efficiently to soft tissue stiffness and hypomobility at the pelvis/hip, low back, C-Spine and shoulders. There will be a review of the current research into fascial physiology and anatomy which assists the practitioner in understanding what is happening under their hands as they treat. This becomes the basis for mastering a range of techniques and approaches that open joints, realign muscles and repattern the neuromuscular system.
